Participants will assess and strengthen their business using the Seven Pillars of Business™ framework:

• Revenue Generation – Develop marketing, business development, and sales process
• Strategy – Create clarify, alignment, and priorities
• Execute Confidently – Develop  people, structure and process
• Systems and Process– Streamline operations and scalability
• Financial Performance– Improve profits, cash flow, metrics, and forecasting

Program Structure and Schedule:

• Attend one, 90-minute lesson presentation, every 3rd Thursday, 11:30 to 1:00 pm
• Attend one, 90-minute lesson workshop, every 4th Thursday, 11:30 to 1:00
• Attend one, 1-hour 1on1 executive coaching session each month (to be calendared with your coach)
• Homework (not busy work), complete workbook exercises each month before your 1on1 coaching session. (all homework is directly related to working on the business putting systems and processes in place)

Includes guided diagnostics and development planning

Price: $750.00 per month (recurring payments on the 1st of each month via ACH)
