Program Structure and Schedule:

• Attend one, 2-hour peer group learning session each month (to be scheduled)
• Attend one, 2-hour peer group coaching session each month (to be scheduled)
• Homework (not busy work), work with your coach to develop key initiatives each month in your 1on1 coaching session.
