Environment: Peer group learnings + 1on1 individualized coaching

Leaders will gain clarity on their current stage of business maturity and chart a strategic path to scale. Topics include:

• Identify operational and leadership bottlenecks by department
• Build scalable growth systems to maximize all opportunities
• Implement a structured planning cadence to support expansion
• Transition from an OwnerCentricTM to Management led organization
• Plan for future transitions and continuity for growth & succession

Program Structure and Schedule:

• Attend one, 2 ½-hour peer group advisory session each 2nd Thursday, 9 am to 11:30 am
• Attend one, one, 90-minute, and one, 30-minute check-in call, 1on1 executive coaching sessions each month (to be calendared with your coach)
• Homework (not busy work), work with your coach to develop key initiatives each month in your 1on1 coaching session. Develop and present new systems and strategies in your peer group session. (all homework is directly related to working on the business putting systems and processes in place)

Includes guided diagnostics and development planning

Price: $1,050.00 per month (recurring payments on the 1st of each month via ACH)
